I am fashion blogger from the fabulous state of New Mexico. I too am the fashion practiced on 2KASA Style, a local FOX affliate TV show.

Can you tell us a bit more about your blog More Than Turquoise and why you created it?
My web log is (mainly) way with a bit of lifestyle and New Mexico. I created the blog because I thought there was a demand. Anybody seems to follow fashionable people in New York and Los Angeles, etc…so I idea to myself "Why wouldn't someone want to follow someone fashionable in New Mexico as well?"

How would you depict your style?
I call myself a fleck a of a style spaz because, really, I like everything. I but don't have a defined style.
What would you consider the most important components of your way?
Just the willingness to effort something new. I take into account my body shape and age-appropriate looks…. just I do take an open up mind to different styles.
Where do you live and how does that influence your way?
I have lived all over the The states, but for the past fifteen years I have lived in New Mexico. There is a heavy southwestern influence here and I incorporate it into my wardrobe. And, seriously, who doesn't love turquoise and a great pair of cowboy boots?
Do you feel you have a signature style?
I am known for wearing big scale jewelry and pulling my hair back into a ponytail. Other than that, I effort to surprise people.
What inspires your outfit choices the almost?
I get inspiration from so many different sources. I will say that if something doesn't properly fit, it does not become part of my outfit.
Practice you take things like color profiling or body type into account when you clothes?
Absolutely. I have a pretty clear understanding of what colors look best on me and since I sometimes endure from "muffin-top", I'thousand non going to habiliment something that points an pointer to it.

yep BUT I don't want to apparel also aged or dated. My makeup has inverse quite a bit, likewise.

- I similar this picture of me in this blanket coat considering it gives a real "nod" to the southwest and has a existent Georgia O'Keefe feel.
- I started wearing hats for the showtime time… and this hat and outfit did, in fact, make me feel fierce.
- Every twelvemonth my girlfriends and I assemble for a holiday tiffin and try to out wearing apparel/bling each other. I won.
- I received more than compliments on these earrings and my outfit every bit a whole. I felt pretty in this picture.
- I've been trying to me more creative with my photography on my blog and I felt that this fit the bill.

Trends is my middle name. Currently loving the blanket coat and fringe.

Just exist willing to try something new. Never say "I can't wear that" until you've tried it and you know for sure.

I want to consistantly go along my blog fun and relevant and my photography fresh and creative. I want to continue to grow my follower base and go along to develop relationships with existing and potential sponsors. Additionally, I am considering adding "production" to my site.
